Tools to help you search

We display each photographer's best work, their profile and reviews to help you make an informed decision. All the reviews are trusted and confirmed, one must have booked the photographer via KYMA to leave a review. We have also created search filters so you can sort photographers by prices, sessions type or best reviews.

Every photographer is unique

Every photographer has their own style. Match your personal taste with the right photographer’s style by reviewing both their profile and portfolio. Keep in mind that it is also customary for a photographer to propose different shooting times based on the type of session you are interested in.

Request to Book button

Once you click Request to Book, a booking request is sent to the photographer for the date, time, location, type of session and package you selected. The photographer can either accept or decline the booking request, or reply to your message giving more information & asking questions. As soon as the photographer responds to the request we will let you know by email and provide further details. The photographer has 48 hours to respond after which the booking request expires.

Payment & Confirmation

After clicking Request to Book, we will ask you for payment details to hold your session reservation. The photographer has 48 hours to accept or decline your request. We will not charge your payment method until the photographer accepts your photo shoot reservation. Once the photographer accepts, we will process your payment and send you a congratulatory email that includes your receipt, photo session details & best wishes for a great shooting. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, your request automatically expires.

Before the Shoot

Your photographer will send a message to you to arrange when and where to meet, plus confirm shoot details. We will send you a confirmation email that includes session details and the photographer's contact information. You can view your ongoing reservations details in the calendar section of your personnal dashboard - to see all the details just click on the event or head to the upcoming shoots page in your dashboard. Need to modify or cancel? Life happens, so if your plans suddenly change, you can cancel or modify your booking from the upcoming shoots page in your dashboard.

During the Session

At the beginning of your session, your photographer will ask you for your unique payment code located on your booking confirmation email or the upcoming shoots page in your dashboard. There is no need to print this email. You can simply use the email from your phone or tablet to validate the code with your photographer. Once you have validated your payment code, all you have to do is enjoy your session. Contact us if you have any problems with your validation code. Tip: if you require WIFI to access emails, take a screen shot of your confirmation email or write it down on a paper before leaving a WIFI zone.

After the Session

Write a review on your photographer & his work so that others can learn through your experience. Your photographer should get back to you usually within the next 15 days with your photos (variable on the type of photo shoot). Depending on the photographer & type of shoot you might meet him again in person to review the pictures together or access them through a web gallery. Every photographer has a different approach so check with him if his profile was not clear enough. Now it's time to plan your next session!
